User access
Approve each technician’s own sign-in, then assign Service, Construction or Plumbing. General approval alone does not grant a department. Suspension blocks server access; it cannot erase offline files or instantly lock an offline tablet. The shared office account cannot identify individual testers.
FieldWingman test accounts
Independent logins with all technician departments, view-only Smith records, isolated practice work. Anita, Steve and Dispatch can manually send TEST paperwork to dispatch; Ralph and Gunnar cannot send. No email account is connected.
